Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality (Bulgarian: Община Горна Оряховица) is a municipality (obshtina) in Veliko Tarnovo Province, Central-North Bulgaria. It covers an area of 318 km² with a total population of 48,695 people (as of 2009-12-31)[1]. The administrative centre of the municipality is the town of Gorna Oryahovitsa, which is situated at the foot of Arbanashka Mountain, along the Yantra River.
